Medical assistant #2 has to give a statement because she is trying to do the right thing. Could somebody tell me what to put on the statement of facts if I was medical assistant #2?

Patient (infant) presents with parents for immunizations 2. #1 MA enters the room and notices that her neighbors have their baby in for a visit. She is very guarded about other MA's entering the room. 2. #1 Medical Assistant removes infants clothing to get a weight and notices that the infant has burns on his legs, buttocks and chest. 3. #1 Medical Assistant inquiries from the parents how he received the burns and they state they are not sure. 4. The #1 MA notices that the burns are fresh and seem to be from a cigarette 5. #1 Medical Assistant because they are her friends and neighbors decides not say anything to protect them... 6. While putting the clothing back on the infant another MA #2 enters the room to get a Growth Chart and notices the burns. 7. #2 Medical Assistant asks the #1 MA if she can speak with her outside of the room 8. #2 Medical Assistant states she is going to report this to the physician. #1 MA begs her not to as they are her friends and the neighbors. 9. #2 MA reports to the physician 10. • As a Medical Assistant 2, I am here to describe about an incident happened with Medical Assistant #1 who was posted along with me in a well baby clinic.
• By the time I entered the clinic I found a family , who are the neighbours of MA #1 with their infant for Immunization.
• MA # 1 completed measuring the baby's weight.Finding the baby undressed I started dressing the baby while I noticed burns over baby's legs and buttocks.
• The burns looks fresh and those looks like cigarette marks.
• I enquired with MA #1stating that I will inform to Physician, MA #1 begged me not to inform in regard to our friendship.
• Regardless of every thing I informed Physician.
• Physician informed Police.
