A patient who has not paid a bill has come to the emergency room for medical treatment. While there, a medical assistant notices a large amount of money in her purse. The medical assistant tells the security guard. The guard stands at the patient’s room and refuses to let her leave until she pays some money toward her bill. Can the patient file charges against the hospital? If so, what will the proper complaint read?

The patient is liable to pay the money because she has taken service ,however the guard is blocking her way and this means she cannot love freely this means she has right to file a case. However to counter this hospital has their own tricks and they can file case against the lady for not paying bill. Which can land her in more trouble . In this case the lady van adi for sone time or pay in installment to hospital and request them to give her some time .This can happen . But lady cannot take any strict action against hospital .She have to pay.
