A patient who is 45 years old will be in their Generativity vs Stagnation. The individual will be in a state be working towards certain goals and striving to achieve it continuous. For example trying to work for financial security in oldage ,building up properties, savings etc., so that they can have a peaceful future in oldage when they are retired to lead their life independently but here the patient has lost his spouce so feels hard to come out well in the rehabilitation services and exhibiting psychological symptoms like lack of interest, isolation or social isolation, less interaction, feeling depressed. Hence he has to be recovered from any traumatic incidents and a sense of hope and confidence to be given to regain the lost hope and recover from depression.
