Ans.C.apply high concentration of oxygen should be applied through non breather mask as she is pale that indicates lack of oxygen and she experiences tachypnoea.she needs immediate hospitalisation.so transfer the patient to the hospital after applying oxygen.other points are wrong as it can not do in an emergency situation as it is timeconsuming .That can have dangerous effect on patient health.so the proper intervention is answer C.
