Was the 2010 cholera outbreak that occurred in Haiti a common source outbreak or a propagated outbreak? explain the difference.

A common source outbreak is when a group of people exposed to infectious toxins from the same sources.
The propagated outbreak is the transmission of disease from one person to another person. It is a rapid spread of infections to a large group of people within a short period of time.
2010 cholera outbreak in Haiti is a propagated epidemic, because of disease transmission from one person to another person. This mode of transmission is not a common source of transmission of disease. It has risk and infection transmission because of the outbreak. when the person has diarrhea there is a risk of contracting the infection and the possibility of further transmission to another person.
