Answer #1

1.Providing reading material is good enough to educate on the disease and its preventive measure but she already has knowledge about it .This cannot make her to modify her behavior

Behaviour contract can be much effective when a patient has some behavioral issues and does not comply with the treatment. Here the patient seems to be mentally sound and is willing to work towards it but does not comply to follow it ,so needs a behavior modification here

Often healthcare sector have educational material in the waiting room patients just go through it and may pr may not implement the benefits of it

Reflective listening is making the patient to give feedback and patient trying to clarify their doubts but material incentives cannot be provided

Ans:Encourage Dawn to develop a behavior contract and find a strong support

2.Pre contemplation is a stage where the patient doesn't realize their problems

Contemplation is a stage where the patient is aware if the problem but does not stick to it or adhere to it
