1.This scenario shows the effect of the drink rockstar and beer in excess quantity lead to panic attacks (dizziness, difficulty in breathing, palpitations, anxious or nervous .Usually these type is situation happens when the patient drinks an energy drink with an alcohol (here patient has used rockstar with beer) which jas lead to the symptoms .Usually panic attacks settkes down in 20 to 30 minutes.The research suggest that energy drink can cause heart problems due to the excess caffeine ninth drink or by mixing it with alcohol

2.The information which has to be collected are

  • Consciousness and alertness of the patient
  • Ruling out for any triggers like alcohol, smoking ,stress,cardiovascular disease or other medicsl condition
  • The type,quantity of drink the patient drank and its time
  • Any associated symptoms
