United states ranks first among any other developed countries in the world, united states spends large amount of money on health care system. Organisation for economic co operation and development has released a data which states that united states spends so much of money on health care.. U.S is ranked 37th in the health care by the world health organisation

Government have funded so much on the health programmes like medicare, medicaid and childrens health care insurance this is created under Affordable health care act.

Affordable health care act provides insurance to the workers who are not able to get a quality health care. Small business get help from them in providing the health insurance to the workers. Small business owners buy health insurance for the workers, the new rules made it more affordable to buy health insurance
