There are some underlying reasons for inadequate quality of care are growing science and technology, high chronic disease conditions, poorly organization health care delivery system, barriers in the innovation of HIT.
high chronic disease condition:
Due to high technology innovation, people receive high-quality care, but there are no changes in mortality and morbidity. science and technology growth improved life expectancy. due to the growing population among the age group, it increases the incidence of chronic disease. it causes disability, illness affects all the age group. High health care costs per person increased by more than chronic condition costs. lack of collaborative management made chronically ill more complexity to deliver health care for the growing population.
