• Community awareness regarding the patient safety.
• Healthcare rules and regulations, accreditation etc.
• Infrastructure of the healthcare.
• Qualifications and education of the healthcare providers
• Determinants of the health ( social etc.)
• Disease outbreak and management
• Preventive methods and adaptation.
• Organizational ethics and concern.
• Ability of the leadership that could engage himself in patient safety.

The practical nursing program is mainly consists of the course or the practice work where the licensed nurse work in the clinics, hospitals and perform their duties. This enables them to learn the basic methods of providing care to the patients. It also provides platform to enhance their learning skills. This practical nursing program reduces the disparities. It enables the professionals to get themselves a better learning scope, decision making skills as well as critical thinking.
