What are some important considerations that you should make when showing Mrs. Frank to an exam room, gathering her medical history, and performing a patient assessment? A- Mrs frank is an returning patient. So the doctor is having her old history in records. While showing exan room the nurse have to communicate little openly to provide her comfortable environment. By asking recent peoblems the nurse can records recent problems she is facing. And then should perform all necessary medical assessment like BP monitoing,hight,weight,temperture and blood tests if required.

If the patient was 2year old child then first of all authority have to communicate first with her parents about all medical history. Then have to do physical assessment by showing love and affection to the child. And if required should consider one of her parents.
