Answer #1

1)Handling a situation which includes a disciplinary action to oversee concerning a nurse accused of stealing drugs.

First one should never jump to conclusion.I would investigate the situation to know if she really is taking the drugs from organisation without permission. If she found guilty they she will face disciplinary action aganist her.Action aganist her depends upon the severity of theft which may vary from suspension or termination of her job.And she would face criminal allegations.

2)To start change the first step would be screening the employers for unhealthy habits.I would encourage them to lose weight and to stop smoking and explain the health problems they will face and also include incentived and policies along with gym membership, gift cards, meal plans, cash prizes etc.

After knowing the importance of health they will change their lifestyle.

3)Diversity is no easy feet and to implement diversity I would employee people who have different ages, cultures, races, genders, ethnicities etc.By using this all type of people will have the opportunity to express their views and plans and work to their full potential.By doing this the organisation will have different views and ideas which will improve customer service.
