67.tell her to inform the doctor if her feels difficulty to take the enteric coated tablet.doctor will change the medication.because,entwric coated tables should not be crushed or chewed while taking.it has designed to carry the tablet together in gastro intestinal tract and protect stomach from irritation .Moreover,medicine get protected from hydrochloric acid present in stomach if it is coated.if it is given by crush ,it will not give the actual effect and cause G.I irritations.

68.baby should be kept on supine position to give injection comfortably.it should be given in anteriolateral thigh where vastus latralis muscle present.nurse should find the bulky part of vastus latralis muscle and give injection in 90 degree angle in this muscles.nurse do not have the authority to mix the medicine if doctor not prescribed.you can confirm with doctor how it is given otherwise you can give according to doctors order.
