If 20mg isosorbide mononitrate tablet is given twice a day then the patient is given 40mg of isosorbide mononitrate tablet.

So 40mg dosage then 4 tablets of 10mg dosage for day.

That is 10÷40=4 tablets per day.

30days ×4 (10mg)tablets per day=120 (10 mg)tablets.

So 120 (10mg)tablets are required for 30 days of treatment.
