Education is divided into 4 phases. These phases include exploring a new concept, learning and practicing their discoveries, reflecting and reviewing to what they have learnt and reinforcing the theories and concepts to real problems.

· Phases of education for a population of individuals dealing with hypertension: The first step of the education proves will inform the population about the concept of hypertension and it will help them make discoveries about the condition. The second step will encourage the population to apply their discoveries such as the ways to reduce hypertension in their lives. The population will then be asked to reflect to their experience by reviewing their learnings and mistakes throughout the process. The reflection is a process of gaining experience from own mistakes and achievements. The population will then be asked to apply their learnings about hypertension to resolve their condition.

· Phases of education for a community with increasing tuberculosis: Tuberculosis is a serious issue and it require sufficient awareness about the process of healthy recovery. The community will be helped by proper education. The first step will involve seminars to help people gain awareness about the condition and its treatment. They will be then asked to gain some discoveries and apply them in their lives. They will be asked to complete their treatment irrespective of the cured condition as incomplete treatment can bring back the disease. The people will be asked to reflect on their recovery and process of learning. This can involve the concerns, issues and challenges faced by them in addition to the learnings that they gained from those experiences. The final step will involve them to reinforce those changes in their lives by completing their treatment.

· Phases of education for families with children having attention deficit disorder: A number of families in the country are unware of the issue of attention deficit disorder in the children. This lead to severe conflicts, dissatisfaction and family issues. The families will first be informed about the attention deficit disorder and then they will be asked to share their issues and cases with the same. The families will be made to learn about the symptoms and treatment of the condition and then they will be asked to reflect upon their findings. Final step will involve them to reinforce their learnings in the care of their children.
