Answer: In the above mentioned case, the gynaecologist took a decision as systematic decision pathway. In this the gynaecologist first lab test were perfomed to know about the results and then in the sonography the presence of tumor. The gynaecologist first indulge in the critical thinking after providing drug therapy. Due to the unsuccessful drug therapy, the gynaecologist decided for the surgery. So, this is the systematic decision making process.
