Answer: The six rules of creating synergy are:

  1. Flexibility
  2. Defining purpose
  3. Honesty
  4. Compassion
  5. Solving conflicts.

It is difficult for all the team members to understand and enact all the various rules because it requires deep understanding of the rules and to follow it. The team members needs to polish their abilities so that they can easily enact all the various rules.

It is necessary for all members to value the purpose of an endeavor because for any positive outcome, hardwork is required. Teamwork requires clear vision as well as they focus on the aim. To achieve target and positive outcomes, all the members of team need to work together.
