As we all know proteins are the essential part of healthy diet. They will help to build and repair muscles, bones and organs. At the same time high protein food may put you into risk of many diseases. Even high protein foods helps to reduce weight and increase satiety, it is associated with several risks. So i think it is not a best choice for consumption to exceed the recommended daily amount.

High protein diet may put you weight gain issues, bad breath, constipation and other digestive issues. Studies show that red meat based proteins is associated with colorectal, breast and prostatic cancer. Higher intake of saturated fat and cholesterol can cause heat disease. A study conducted in 2018 concluded that consumption of red meat can give rise to a gut generated chemical trimethylamine-N-oxide which is directly linked to heart diseases.
