1, when aging progress there will be changes in vitals signs. there will be molecular changes when women enter the age of 40 years. blood pressure increase with age, there will be a high respiratory rate of more than 27breaths per minute. There will be high temperature and there be potential mental status, pain, and function, etc.
2, ask the patient whether her menstrual history is regular and there are any changes?
when is her last Menstrual perios?
Do you have any problem with sexual function and dryness?
Do you have any breast related changes:
do you take any birth control pills?
3, Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and estrogen test to find her hormonal changes during menopause. Because when FSH increase during this period estrogen level decrease.FST tests measure menopause changes.
