For stress : Aerobics exrecises such as running, dancing and skating etc. are recommended for stress. It is because these exercises increases heart rate and increases the levels of hormones known as endorphins. These hormones make you feel good.

Chronic Heart failure: Aerobic exercises such as riding, jumping and jogging etc. are recommended for Chronic heart failure It is because it helps lower blood pressure, lower heart rate and better breathing.

COPD : Aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, swimming etc along with breathing exercise. It is becuse these exercises improves circulation and body and effectively use oxygen. Muscle strengthening exercises are also recommended to improve the strength of respiratory muscles.

Chronic Kidney Disease : Aerobics exrcises such walking, swimming and bicycling increases maximal oxygen consumption. Also it improves cardiovascular risk factors with peridialysis patients.

Diabetes Mellitus : Aerobics exercises helps lower the blood pressure, reduce the level of cholestrol and more importantly these exercises helps better functioning of insulin.
