1.Partial Crunches

· Lie back, and keep the feet flat on the floor with knees bent.

· With hands behind the head or with arms crossed around the chest, raise the shoulders from the floor. Make sure to keep your stomach muscles tight.

· Breathe out while raising the shoulders.

· Hold for one second. Next, lower yourself back down to the floor in a controlled manner.

· Repeat with between eight and 12 repetitions. Remember to follow proper form, which prevents excessive spine stress. Keep your feet, tailbone, and lower back against the floor throughout the exercise

2.Pelvic Tilt

1. Lie with r back on the floor in a neutral position with the legs bent and toes facing forward.

2. Pull the belly button in toward the spine, pushing the pelvis up toward the ceiling.

3. Tighten the gluteus and hip muscles as you tilt your pelvis forward.

4. Hold for 5 seconds.

5. Do 5 sets of 20 repetitions.
