Artificial Intelligence is machine intelligence demonstrated by machines. It is the creation of computer that work and react like humans. It is the discovery of 20 th centuary. The main types are narrow or weak. Strong and super intelligence. It can recognize object in images, translate languages, speak. navigate maps, predict crop yields and many other field in advanced technology.

EHR or Electronic health record is designed to prevent errors in patient record. It should be keep in system as data. It is the invention of advanced technology.

Now a days all healthsystems are connected. It is due to the progress of scientific technology. Other benefits of using this technology is cost effectivenesd, avoid mistakes, accuracy. Many medical softwares are developed to connect.

FUTURE OF EHR

Ehr is the technology used to preserve medical files. The main benefits are

*all health care system are connected

*preserve data in easy manner

*accuracy in data content

* helps to minimise work effort

*can be verify any time

The demerits of this systems are also there. Some of them are

Artificial intelligence was coined by John McCarthy in 1956 .Artificial intelligence is the machine intelligence which is demonstrated by the machines or it is the ability of the computer program or machine to think and learn and can benifit in problem solving ,learning and planning etc.

Mainly AI are of 3 types;

* Weak AI or narrow AI which focused on narrow task .here the machines are not too intelligent to do their own work .

* Strong AI or super AI which actually think and perform task on its own just like humans .

EHR is the invention of the advanced technology .it is an electronic version of a patient medical history which is maintained by the provider over time .it is mainly designed to prevent errors in the patient record.The benefits of the EHR include ,help preserving the data easier,help in minimizing work effort ,accuracy in data content ,and help in verifying at any time.

Today all the health system are connected to each other to maintain its high level of effectiveness and to ease the health care works .AI and related technologies are increased in society and they are started to be used in health care areas .There are already a number of researches suggested that AI can perform as well as or better than human in many health care tasks and diagnosing diseases.The benefits of such technology include cost effectiveness,zero percent errors and accuracy .

Now a days the artificial intelligence may transform the future of EHR and health care .AI can increase the ability of the health care professionals for the better understanding of the day to day pattern and the needs of the people so as to give better quality health service to the clients .Al can assist doctors in creating better decision .they can be a positive impact on the reduction of mortality and help in improving the efficiency of diagnosing disease ,management and treatment .

Although the EHR is highly benefitted ,it possess some weak points too such as financial issues,changes in work flow ,security concerns etc .

In future when the Al gets applied in the EHR it will help in improving the data discovery and will help the EHRs user more friendly.Al can help EHRs continuously to adapt to users preference by improving both clinical outcome and clinician quality of life .future EHRs should also be developed with the integration of telehealth technologies in mind .

In the upcomming years most of the job in the health care setting may take over by the machines or AI like pharmacist ,receptionist ,proof readers etc .AI will not change the doctors and nurses but they drastically change their jobs .

AI is offering a number of advantages in the health care setting and it's main thing behind its is cost effectiveness .they can maintain a huge health record set with minimum of time and can help in improving the health care vision .
