1.D- all the stafffs entering into the isolation room should wear N95 mask to avoid droplet nuclei. Visitors are not allowed in isolation rooms. Patient is using oxygen mask.so it’s not possible to wear a mask all the time. Surgical mask will not help to prevent airborne diseases like tuberculosis.

2.C- patient is in oxygen therapy. His spo2 is 90%. Airway should be always the priority. 4 hours vital signs checking is not enough in his condition.
