There are lot of laws and precautions in our constitution for the protection and welfare of the children and families. There are right to education in our fundamental rights.But still in this modern era, there happens child abuse and violence against women and aged people. the children face insecurity in their own homes. they are often forced to do child labour, which make them denied their rights. in india everyone have the right to education up their 14 year old, but unfortunately often they are not getting any chance for it.children are often getting punished at their work field. they are not getting proper wage and facilities like others. some time this children are getting sexual harassment at their work field from the people who have supposed to take care of them. child labour and child abusment is the darkest face of our sophisticated society. there happens womens molestation and violations against women.there are so many laws for protecting them, but unfortunately the one who supposed to take care of it often bacame the violaters of it. there are violation of domestic right act many other laws for the saftey of the women and children. women, children, and aged people often faces so many cruelties in their life. they are not getting proper treatment. In india every one have the right to live peacefully with their fundamental rights. but now they are facing physical and mental harassements. the children often sexually harassed by the elder people and sometimes by the peer group also.the implementation of the law in proper way can solve the problems.there is law domestic violence act for protecting children and women
