Factors influencing the implimentation of Lean are improper management, lack of leadership with an excellent team work. Proper communication plays a key role in understanding the work, role and proper follow up. Availability of training material, teaching, resources, expert availability, rewards to encourage the whole team, lack of monitoring system, ineffective implimentaion of plans, unavilability of skilled employee, outdated software etc.

Lean management is very important to improve the performance and outcome of the patient care with lower cost and increased patient satisfaction so increased visit by the patient. It can reduce the cost, time consuption, employ satisfaction. Organised work will reduce errors, faster recovery of the patient.
