A recent case-control study compared the consumption of vitamins among those who infected with season influenza (cases) and those not affected by seasonal influenza (controls).

The calculated odds ratios were. 0.61. The 95% confidence interval was 0.49-0.73. That means it is associated with lower odds, an odds ratio less than 1 means the control group was more exposed to the Variables(vitamins).
