3 - The nursing priorities is to reduce fall and trauma to the patient..

* provide side rails and other comfortable devices like pillows

* educate the patient regarding fall preventive measures

* monitor the patient intermittently..

* make the patient more comfortable by clarifying their doubts and assistance in needs.

* call bell should be in reach

4 Many patients will have some strange feeling towards hospital..some may take time to adapt hospital environment.Thus it is a responsibility of nurse to provide holistic care.

It can be given in many aspects..according to some diagnosis some people may need more attention especially people who have diagnosed to have cancer.Understand the patient needs is the first and foremost priority..

Provide psychological support

Provide spiritual support if they need.

Include other family members in caring patient

Make good rapport with patient

By doing all these things a nurse can provide good care in this aspects.

Maintaining interpersonal relationship with patient is the greatest thing a nurse can do..communicate with patient, always explain before performing any procedure, clarify their doubts, Be polite..
