If a person with PMDD is not treated then he presents greatest risk for suicide.But in here it is said that the person with the condition is being treated.And the symptoms only occur before 10 days of menstruation.

The cleint with major depressive disorder has greatest risk of suicide because it is a mood disorder.It may occur in any age.They recurring the thoughts of suicide or death frequently.
