The people of many age groups become socially isolated. These peoples need support by the social workers for creating a socially supportive environment, so that then can be psychologically stable.

3. In the enabler role, the social worker functions a facilitator.   

An enabler facilitates the clients to overcome difficult circumstances or problems. Enablers work for individual, family or a group of people. They help in modifying the negative behaviour to achieving the desired goals.

4. Market volatility and poor investment choices can endanger older adults retirement plans as well as their physical and mental health. TRUE.

Market volatility is the variation in the trading price over time that may cause risk to the investors. Poor investment choices can also lead to higher risk. Therefore, U.S. have strict restrictions for the older adults to be crowd to have activities outside home.

As theirs is aging, there are diseases that occurs in the individual. Many organs have reduced activities, bones become weak, joints become stiffs and memory problems. Financially, there is impact’s as the older individuals have less capabilities to work independently to income.
