Role of nurses to the Autistic children :

Autism : It is defined as it is defined as a neurobehavioural Disease and it includes impairment in social interactions, and language and communication, developmental skills. And it is also combind with rigid and repetitive behaviour.

Role of nurse to the Autistic children :

* While dealing with the Autistic children the nurse must have patience, level of preparation, knowledge and creativity, and sense of humor.

* Nurse has to create the Non stimulating environment to the autistic children, like quite environment , to decrease an inappropriate behavior.

* Nurse has to talk with the child parents first because to collect all the history of client to provide best way of communication and soothening care.

* we need to do the physical assessment of children by starting first with visual inspection, if suddenly we will touch the children became stressed and they won't cooperate.

* If any medical instruments we need to use means directly we should not use on child, they may regret, so first use on parents then we can use on children.

* we need to decrease our self's, keep higher in child, that means sit along with the child and communicate in a smooth way to provide care.

* we should have patience and creativity and gentle ness while providing any care, if we will do any mistakes they will full aware of that we are something harming to them.

* Limited health care workers must be there , because they have low or impaired social interactions, if we are introducing continueously new members they may get stress and confused.

* Allow the child parents while providing care to the children.

* Give rewards to the good behavior of the children.

* Fix the same schedule for treatment and doing medical activities.

This is the role of nurse in Autistic children and by following all these she can provide appropriate care to the Autistic children.
