1. The abnormality seen in the first ECG report is that there is no pqrs waves which should be present in the normal ECG reports. This indicates that the patient is having asystole which refers to the inability of the heart to pump the blood.

2. The relationship between ECG and pulse rate is:

The heart rate and the pulse rate are exactly equal to each other. The contractions made by the heart will cause an increase in the blood pressure which will ultimately lead to a noticeable pulse rate. Hence, checking of the pulse rate is also a direct measurement of the heart rate. Pulse rate is the sensation of the heart rate present on the overall body parts.
