Answer #1

Answer: Henry's primary healthcare provider should consider when selecting an app for him that the app should remind him about the medicines as well as it should have fixed time at which he has to take which medicine. The app should show the time difference of taking two medicines together and their interactions. App should also mention about the drugs which should or shouldn't taken with food.

The app should also inform about the diet and calories intake so that the diabetic, hypertension etc condition can be managed.

As app has facilities of configured automated, generalized message, Henry can send information to the healthcare provider. There are some risk regarding the app as it is an electronic device so we can't completely rely on it because sometimes if any error occurred, there would be problem for Henry to know about the medication timings. Most important thing that all the time it is not possible to carry the device, so there is lot of chances that may be he forgets to take medication.
