Blood pressure 144/86, pulse 92, temperature 98.2°F, respirations 24

Height 6’1”, weight 170 lbs

Heart rhythm irregular

Oxygen saturation 89% on room air

Alert, oriented to person and place

Capillary refill sluggish in lower extremities, normal in upper extremities

2+ edema in lower extremities

The information from health history are 61 year old male name D.D have fatigue,abdominal pain,edema present and low oxygen saturation level.

Physical examination should include examination of abdomen.

USG abdomen can be performed to rule out the abdominal pain.

Lower extremity Doppler study can be performed to rule out blood supply to the lower extremity.

Low oxygen saturation indicates decreased oxygen supply to the tissues this will be the risk for developing anemia.
