Answer - 1)image one is of angiography. It is used to evaluate the patency of vessels mainly. It is used in some acute conditions also, like myocardial infarction, stroke, etc. It is also useful in conditions like atherosclerosis which causes narrowing of the lumen of the arteries. A contrast dye is injected in the arteries and continuous xrays are taken. So before performing angiography, we should always perform renal function test and allergic test.

Image 2)this image is of bone scan. In this procedure, small amount of radioactive substance called tracer is injected in the veins. It will take about 2-3 hours for tracer to move around in whole body. It is used to evaluate the bone damage due to osteoporosis and other conditions and also to detects metastatic lesions in various type of the cancer. For example, prostate cancer shows osteoblastic lesions, while other types of the cancer shows osteolytic lesions.

Example cephalocaudal and medial to lateral. Many patterns of lesions are visible on the mammogram. Like popcorn calcification. It is not used in young ladies as amount of parenchyma is more in young ladies breast.

Image 4)this image is of the fluorescent fundus angiography. It is used to detect vessels disorder in the eyes.A special fluorescent dye is injected in the veins and images are obtained using special camera. It is investigation of choice in condition like macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.

Task 2: (2 Marks) Noisy Image Restoration You have been provided with seven images named IMG-5698. JPG to IMG-5704. JPG. These images were taken in low light conditions with a very high ISO setting which results in "noise" on the image (random fluctuations in pixel intensity) and "bright pixels" (pixels which appear bright in every image, despite not being hit by light) In addition to the seven source images you are also provided with a "dark frame", dark.png. This is...

For this program you will build a modular equation evaluator (you may want to start from your solution to programming assignment 1). Once again, you will write a C program that evaluates the equations provided below. The program must prompt the user for inputs for the equations and evaluate them based on the inputs. All equations should be placed into a single .c file. This means you should NOT have 7 Visual Studio projects or 7 .c files. All variables...

Dijkstra’s Algorithm: You have to implement the Dijkstra’s algorithm and apply it on the graph provided below. You have to take the input from the user as an adjacency matrix representing the graph, the source, the destination. Then you have to apply the Dijkstra’s algorithm to find the shortest path from the source and the destination, and  find the shortest route between the source and the destination. For the input you have to read it from a file. It will...
