5. The advantages of external and internal recruiting of various posts like plumber ,website manager ,chief financial officer and nurse at a large metropolitan hospital .

Internal recruiting means when recruiting of staff is done from within the existing workforce .

External recruiting means when recruitment of staffs are done from outside the organization.

Advantages of internal recruiting are :-

- less time is needed

- already aware of the staff

- staff is also well oriented about the organization

- less expenses

Disadvantages of internal recruiting are :-

- less creativity

- staffs are selected from small proportion of samples

- chances of bias

- no innovative ideas by the staffs

- less number of choices

- more number of choices

- more innovative ideas

- more experience and exposure

- chances of bias is less

Disadvantages of external recruiting are :-

- more time is needed

- more expenses are there

- more resources are needed

- orientation of the staffs about the organization

- training of the staffs how to work in the organization

6 . The data provided in the resume and what we get to know about the individual by having a face to face interview is very different. Resume does not allow to analyse an individual while interview helps to judge the individual on the basis of their perspective and thoughts . Interview helps to know a person from depth. It differentiate between the reality and fake description. The data provided in the resume is sometimes made by the individuals commonly experience ,not all the time but there are chances .

So, having a interview is best because it allows to know about the individual ,clears all doubts about the individual ,it helps to know whether the individual be able to tackle the situation ,how he or she will carryout the functions so that ultimately there is proper provision of services and increase in the productivity.
