Maintain excellence through patien care means being willing to continue learning every day , there are spmesractices done by nurses on manual basis due to lack of sophisticated facilities and such activities were done by manually like child delivery , to operate a patient with out anesthesia , to cure headache etc therefore a need felt to equip nurses capabilities and limitations of any equipment use as well as hazards. The safe medical devices act 1990 requires that all medical device related adverse incidents that result in death or serious illness or injury be reported to the manufacturer and the food and drug administration to be updated with an immediate effect.

Changes are must and every time one should be ready to change , especially health care system , challenge are on and off that need to be cope up , therefore it is important to tailor health care delivery to the needs of the local population and create awareness programesprand clear communication between public and organization . For example the ways patients and administrators utilize resources such as Medicaid have changed due to legislation . Technology has had a furyher impact on how health care administrators handle resources and manage medical centers.

Thus cultural shifts , cost of care and policy adjustments have contributed to a more patient empowered shift in care over the last century . Technological advancements contribute to a shift in our patient centered health care system along with policy and technological changes , the people who provide healthcare are also changing. Providers are an important part of the healthcare system and any changes to their education , satisfaction or demographics are likely to affect how patients receive care.

Thus from policy to patients and everything in between , the healthcare industry is constantly evolving growth is due to an anticipated increase in Medicare ,as adminitrationadneeds to utilize new technologies to train nurses and alike to give better medical facilities that pays alot and long.
