So the monthly lease payment will be $383.86

If you need to calculate manually without calculator/Excel, you may use the formula of present value of annuity due as:

PV of annuity due = PMTX ?(utó-) x (+0)

The values of PV, r & n will be the same as shown above. Solving this for PMT will give the same result
