A) No, Dr.Abbasac is not acting in accordance with tenets of The Hippocratic Oath as he has choosen the highest management criteria for a small boy which has several complicating side effects. Robbie's right as a patient were not met in accordance to The Patients Bill of Rights . A Patient's Bill of Rights is a document that provides patients with information on how they can reasonably expect to be treated during the course of their hospital stay.

B) If Robbie's mother had an opportunity to select, fire, and hire then she would have fired Dr. Abbasac for his maltreatment . As his aim is to gain than providing effective care to his patients . She was able to manage his boys epilepsy by ketogenic diet which was told to be treated after having surgical resection of top part of the skull to find the elliptical focal point to have a better diagnosis than putting electrodes on the skull.
