Blood test like liver test and thyroid test are done every cycle prior to the administration of ipilimubab drug because this drug causes a great change in the thyroid function and may even lead to hypothyroidism, graves disease. By monitoring this level it assesses and paves way for managing any adverse events and therefore saving life.

For administration of Rituximab WBC count and HbsAg screening are more important
