Answer #1

The main target of an advertisement is to attract and reach the audience through visuals. Ethos, pathos, and logos are the three major hints of the ad. These three categories mingle the audience with the speaker. Ethos is the values of the speaker. Pathos is the feelings and emotions of the audience. Logos is proof of the fact provided in the ad. For a good advertisement, these three categories should be ultimate. One of the ads is that great celebrity in the campaign of smart water. At dark background, the celebrity is holding the particular company water bottle in her hand. As said above, ethos is the value of the speaker. Here, in this advertisement, the great celebrity who was popular in society play a great part in the advertisement. She connects the audience in an easier way. The audience is easily attracted by the visualizing the pictures. The posture of the celebrity is conveying trust on the brand to the subjects. The transparent bottle with blue and white names is logical and technical.

Another ad is One of the famous car company advertised about warning of drink and drive. The visual shows two legs. one of the legs is normal human leg and other is made up of metals with the message of that human's parts are original not like car parts. The ethical appeals make the audience to think about safe driving and hazards of drink and drive. The ad invites the audience to love with driving and avoid fun on driving. The ad is more emotional and thinks and caring of the audience. The written messages are more logical and related to the pictures.
