Peripheral blood findings are vital and highly informative haematological tool for the physician to monitor,diagnose and treat the patient.this test is assist to find out anaemia,thrombocytopenia,leukocytopenia etc.

this women's findings show that her haemoglobin and heamatocrit levels are less than normal which shows patient may is having anemia.

serum ferritin should be done to find out the iron deficiency anemia.serum iron level and total iron binding capacity should be measured to categorize the anemia.reticulocyte count help to find out the number of immature red blood cells in blood.blood smear can also be done to know the shape of red blood cells and number of abnormal cells.this all test will help to diagnose and differentiate anemia.Moreover,bone marrow aspiration and biopsy ,sickle cell test,vitamin B 12 and floate test,occult blood test,direct anti globulin test ,can be done to find out the cause of anemia.
