Identified problem : bipolar disorder like depression and anxiety.

Ineffective coaping related to inability to use or choose the resources available as evidenced by he stays away from home.

Short term goals :

* communicate with the client regarding his problems, to meet the needs of the client.

* identify the personal strengths and weaknesses and support the patient to solve his weaknesses.

* provide or initiate effective strategies.

Long term goals :

* observe the client continuously to avoid injuries and effects to the client due to anxiety.

* engage the patient in any activity to reduce depression.

* provide psychological support and do continueous monitoring.

* help the client in avoiding of alcoholism by using deadicting techniques.
