1)The above mentioned patient has the following signs and symptoms the patient has mild injuries and scratches and the patient has difficulty in breathing along with chest pain after he has been hit his head with the opposite traffic lane.
The major concern is difficulty breathing. It is very important because we have to see whether the patient is not going in hypoxia and since the brain cells are very sensitive to oxygen
The diagnosis of the patient is head collision with chest pain and difficulty breathing.
The immediate treatment for the patient is that we have to provide oxygen to the patient and provide medication to relieve the chest pain.
the prognosis depends upon the patients health condition and the investigation and the results of the investigations
The treatment plan includes oxygen administration, IV Fluids, in case of any Hematoma we can go with mannitol. we have to monitor the ECG changes we have to provide medications to relieve the chest pain. we have to also do all the investigations and if the investigations have any abnormality we have to take that also into the treatment plan.
3) Your patient had a head collision and the collision had effect in the main parts of the brain that the patient had developed difficulty in breathing and he has developed chest pain.

Till now we are doing the symptomatic treatment for the patient by providing oxygen administration and the medications which will relieve the chest pain.
We are also doing the investigations such as measuring the pco2 level, bicarbonate levels, blood PH and urine pH depending upon the results the further treatment will be carried out for your patience till now we cannot say anything regarding the condition with the progress of the patient we will be updating you regarding the conditions.
