The last report Rose had picked up was an EKG attached to an order for the patient to be transferred to th CCU. When she saw the patient name, she was stunned. It was Jane, the daughter of her mother’s best friend. she continued on to the other departments and finished in the CCS last. She peeked in and saw Jane being attended to by the nurse :

On the way back to the HIM department, Rose stopped in the lady's restroom and texted her mom to tell her about Jane. :

Later that day, her mom stopped in to see Rose. The HIM manager, Mr. Johnson, was walking by and heard her mom say, "I couldn't believe my eyes when I got the text you sent about Jane. I would never have imagined she would do drugs much less overdose!"
