Joelle's instructor will not sensitive her problem because, what ever the work she has done in online it must be saved, before it shutting down, it must be necessary, if there is no saving there is no proof, what ever the work done.

And some times what ever the mistake happens the work is important so that the instructor will give extension to complete that work, but he or she will educate to how to complete that work with out last.

The joelles, can save the paper work immediately after completion of typing. To protective purpose or she can take into her pen drive, so she can not last the work.
