Answer: Evidence based medicine is one of the method through which medication are given on the basis of the evidence. The terminology used in knowledge representation should be controlled and it should be in a simple language and structure so that it can be easily understood.

Evidence based practice enables healthcare professionals to perform, act wisely so as to bring out the positive resoonse in the health of patients as well as to provide quality of care to them. A evidence should be in a simple and direct related to the particular disease or case. So as it may not create any kind of confusion.
