There are three opportunities available to you: an internal medicine practice,a pediatricians office, and an obstetrics and gynecology clinic. 1.Type of patients will come in each offices.

                     * Internal medicine.

                              * Patient with multisystem diseases like diabetic melitus

                                hypertension,AIDS,systemic lupus erythematosus.

                              * Patients acute illness and need complex investigations.

                              * Ambulatory patients.

                              * Patient with undifferenciated disease conditions.

                  * Pediatrician's office.

                              * People with health problems up to 21 years.

                                           * Neonates with congenital and other health problems.

                                           * Childrens with infectious diseases.

                                           * Childerns with growth and development problems.

                                           * Adoloscents with health problems.

                                           * Childrens with childhood carcinomas.

                    * Obstetrics and gynaecology clinic.

                                           * Patient with problems in the reproductive system.

                                           * Care of pregnant women.

                                           * Problems of lactating women.

                                           * Foetal assessments.

                                           * Women with health problems due to menopause.

2. Additional duties and procedures in speciality clinics compared to general practice clinic.

                                         * Administration injections,IV fluids and medications.

                                         * Prepare patient for diagnostic tests and other procedures.

                                         * Assist in procedures like incision and drainge,dressing,diagnostic

                                           examinations conducted for patient.

                                         * Maintainance of medical records.

3. In internal medicine health care providers get more experience and knowledge about variety of

   acute and complex systemic diseases and measures used to investigate and treat that type of

   health problems so I think that internal medicine is fit for me.
