* Neuropsychological symptoms :
Provide comfortable environment like quite and calm environment, and provide blanket to maintain warmth ness for hypothermia.
Vital signs should be monitored like temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
For fever also blanket is important, to provide warmthness.
Provide emotional support and psychological support.
Administer analgesics to reduce pain.
* Gastrointestinal :
Educate to maintain adequate hydration.
Administer intravenous fluids.
Administer anti emitics, to prevent nausea and vomitings.
Educate to take oral fluids, adequately sip by sip, to softening the stool and avoid distantion of abdomen.
* urinary problems :
Maintain aseptic techniques on Foley catheterization site.
Administer anti biotics to avoid to get infections.
* Respiratory problems :
Provide comfortable position like Fowler's position, to avoid aspiration and atelectasis.
Advise to take deep breathing exercises.
Administer oxygen with nasal cannula 2 lit per minute, to maintain adequate ventilation and to reduce hypoxemia.
Administer nebulization to clear the airway.
* cardiovascular :
Continueous monitoring of blood pressure.
Assess for hemorrhagic sites, for that administer coagulants.
Maintain aseptic techniques at intravenous catheter site to avoid thrombophlebitis.
Integumentary :
Maintain aseptic techniques while doing dressing on surgical site.
Assess for signs of infection.
* fluids and electrolytes :
Assess for fluids over load and administer diuretics.
Assess and abserve for fluid volume deficit and administer the intravenous fluids.
