The main difference between ethical and legal are

Ethical:based on the rights ,values,culture, believed simply to say what is right or wrong

Legal:It is a written order or law or simply called as rules and regulation.If not followed the subject's are liable for punishment

1.The act of the physician is illegal. It is a form of Medical malpractice by coding for a procedure which is not done for monetary gains. The physician is punishable under law

2.An anestheologist has the right to anesthetise a patient as per the surgeon order ,requirement and the procedure type.Though the anesthetist is know person to the surgeon it is his responsibility to tell the surgeon, that he has never anesthetized a child before,but if given an opportunity will do it in the right way .Concealing the truth is unethical and if the child gets complications after or during surgery because of anesthetisa it can be a legal case .

3.The behaviour of the nursing assistant is not acceptable,The profession of nursing is filled with loving care and responsibility and not to harm the patient in any situations. It becomes a legal issue by harming the patient. (Misconduct and intentional harm to patient)
