Franklin Sims is a 21-year old single African-American
man who sought treatment at a university-affiliated community
mental health clinic because he felt “stressed out,” withdrawn from
friends and “worried about money.” He has been feeling depressed
for three months, and he attributed the “nosedive” to two
essentially concurrent events: the end of a 3-year romantic
relationship and the accidental and disappointing discovery of his
father’s identity. At the time of this discovery, Mr. Sims was a
full-time undergraduate student who also worked full-time as a
midnight-shift warehouse worker.

1. stressors are loss of relationships and lack of money.He lost support in the form of love and money.Initially as an undergraduate student , he lost his friends and relationship. It is the period when the adult wants love and supportive relationship.Disappointment from his father and lack of money and he is a hard worker are the additional stressors to him.
2.In a time management play, to him the role can be the individual being example for others as a good time manager.Because providing him this role can enhance his depressed mind and gives motivation to him to be a good time manager.
3.Schedule his works and doing it in a organised way.
Spend some time in outdoor and mingle with nature
Perform physical exercise such as running and jogging will make good work out to body and provides relaxation .
Perform massaging, relaxing therapies like guided imaginery will make to forget worries and induce sleep
Develop positive thought and positive and healthy life.
4. To cope with the current stressors :
He can undergo counselling sessions and attend therapies to overcome his problems.
He needs to find himself the reason for the problems.
He should realize what are the mistakes he done so he lost his relationships.
He should know how to manage time effectively
